Participatory Approaches Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd (PACS) was registered under The Companies Act (chapter 24:3) in May 2015 in Zimbabwe. We are also registered under The Labour Act (Chapter 28:01), with Ministry of Labour. Our traditional business model is based on recruitment of skilled personnel for both local and overseas markets. In partnership with Tusano Ltd we have conducted business in United Arab Emirates for G4S and Transguard Group since 2015.

Scope of work
PACS undertakes all the preparation from pre selection of candidates to when they depart to foreign destinations. Medical examinations for the candidates are done by a reputable clinic in Zimbabwe. Furthermore background checks are done by the Zimbabwe Republic Police as required by different countries.

Processes

PACS carries out pre-interviews to select the right candidates for the client. For massive recruitments PACS arranges for interview venues and the logistics for the Employer’s representatives. .PACS warrants that any candidates that we recommend are fit for purpose.

Strategy

PACS is responsible for floating and advertisement in different media to ensure wide coverage and qualitative selection. The advert wording to be reviewed and approved by the Employer giving specific requirements.For the foreign based Employers, once the candidates sign the contracts from the prospective employer and work permits are provided
